Only one of the four temples in Tingha is reported to have burnt down. This was the temple in Diamond Street, which Helen Brown (Tin at Tingha) states burnt down in the 1930s. There are no known newspaper articles about this fire, and no other temple objects from this temple – apart from this key – are known to have survived.
